The project is an exciting new hotel for the London Docklands area and investors in the hotel will benefit from the recent Chinese investment in the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone.
The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, in the last quarter of 2013 announced pledges from Chinese businesses who have committed a presence in the £1 billion Asian Business Port development.

Projections for the Royal Albert Dock Enterprise Zone are excellent, worth an estimated £6 billion to the economy and the Chinese investment is expected to act as a catalyst for further development in the area.
One of the focuses of this is for the Royal Docks to become established as a trading hub for Asia, bringing income and jobs to the area.
