Van Elle, a specialist auger piling company, has been employed because of the proximity of neighbouring buildings, including a listed public house. Ground works will be worked on for the next 6-weeks and upon completion the steel frame of the building will be erected. Building regulations are being applied for and inspections will be carried out as the build progresses.

Submissions are being prepared for Birmingham City Council to enhance the front elevation of the building. We will provide purchasers with further updates as the application progresses.

The developer has opted for aerated concrete sandwich panel, for all the walls, to improve the heat retention and sound performance. This is important for a high standard hotel such as the JQ Hotel and will help to maintain operational costs, which will inevitably benefit room purchasers.

Birmingham Hotel Room Investment

The JQ Hotel is positioned to meet the frustrated demand for 4* boutique hotel accommodation in the Jewellery Quarter, close to Birmingham city centre

The hotel will be managed and operated by Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, with a restaurant and bar and on-site parking, which is rare for a city centre hotel.

Hotel rooms within the JQ Hotel are available for a cash input of just £44,975 if purchased with the non-status finance offered, with 11% net returns projected, minimum return assurance and a profitable, contractually guaranteed exit strategy BUT availability is limited with over 70% of rooms now sold.
