Jacques Horovitz, president of Chateauform, has held the first seminar in the new auditorium at Chateauform Hever, the company's first conference centre in the UK.
The auditorium is part of the latest phase of investment in the exciting UK hotel project. The hotel has already seen substantial extension to the kitchen and also the renovation of the hotel rooms in addition to the transformation of the Anne Boleyn Conference Suite. This new extension will now provide an additional auditorium which will hold approximately 80 delegates and will provide 6 new syndicate rooms to provide a total of 10 rooms within the hotel.
This building has also incorporated a new reception area and also the extension to the restaurant, which will now have a capacity of 120.
Phase 3 is due to start in August 2012, which will provide an additional meeting and conference centre adjoining the Anne Boleyn Suite, this would now give the hotel a capacity for 300 delegates.
These improvements contribute to make the hotel attractive to those using it for conferences or weddings and leisure stays. These improved facilities can only lead to increased demand for the hotel.
Investors are still able to purchase hotel rooms in this excellent development giving guaranteed returns of 10% net and non status finance. With a good proportion of these rooms now sold, investors are advised to contact Principal International quickly to avoid disappointment.
