UK House Price Rises Salford Leads the Way

Salford Property Prices Rise Higher than any other Metropolitan District

 

Official figures from the UK’s land Registry indicate an average increase of 1.7% in property prices for England and Wales in 2012, with Salford showing the best increases of any metropolitan district.

 

It is reported that these figures can be attributed to the relocation of thousands of BBC staff to the Salford area.
