The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) is the largest exhibition centre in the UK with over 4 million visitors and 160 trade and consumer exhibitions per year, creating massive demand for overnight hotel accommodation. The LG Arena hosts major entertainment events and has recently undergone £29 million refurbishment increasing its capacity to 16,000.
