Appleton Point Bradford Construction Update

Work at the Appleton Point student accommodation site in Bradford is progressing well.

Piling works commenced at the start of July, following completion of site clearing, and has now been completed, with the build on schedule for completion in August 2014.

Appleton Point will be comprised of 160 self-contained studio apartments, approximately 20m² and will feature an en-suite shower room and a kitchenette.

The development will have an excellent range of on-site facilities, including a gym, cinema room, games/television room, study rooms, I.T. suite, and a laundry facility, which will compete well with other accommodation and be attractive to students.
