Principal International were delighted to be major exhibitors at the Spring Property Investor Show at London ExCeL on the 19th - 20th April 2013.

 

 

Student & Hotel Rooms or Traditional Buy-To-Let. Which Works Best in 2013?

Principal International delivered daily seminars on traditional buy-to-let property investment and student and hotel room investment. We were thrilled to see such a large audience with both seminars completely sold out.

 

We showcased our latest student accommodation, hotel room and residential property investments, including Appleton Point Student Accommodation Investment in Manchester, a student property with 9% net yields assured and the Carmel Court residential property investment, a traditional and completed buy-to-let investment with excellent returns.

 

Principal International Celebrates 21 Years in the Property Industry

Principal International celebrated 21 years in the Property Industry, at the show, with visitors enjoying a complementary birthday cupcake.
