Appleton Point Unveiling Ceremony Being Held on the 3rd May

Principal International are delighted to advise that the Appleton Point purpose built student accommodation is being unveiled on the 3rd May 2014 in an unveiling ceremony with the scaffolding coming down to reveal the building.

 

We would like to open the invitation to investors in Appleton Point and those interested in investing in student property, to come and see the property for themselves.

Appleton Point Show Flat

Visitors will be able to see the show flat based on-site, which is a highly accurate mock-up of the completed Appleton Point studio apartments in terms of the quality of the finish and the size. The show flat is already being used by the managing agent, South Street Asset Management, to demonstrate the studios to prospective students and have already made excellent progress with bookings for the 2014-15 academic year.

The operator of Appleton Point will also be at the event, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and letting of the studio apartments. Their representative will be able to answer any queries that you may have about this aspect of the investment.

Tour of the Appleton Point Site

Visitors will be offered the opportunity for a tour of the Appleton Point site. Due to health and safety, we are only able to take small groups of visitors around at one time; therefore booking an appointment is essential if you would like a tour.

 

The developer has advised that 75% of the building is now finished and will be finished in its entirety by the end of June; snagging works will be completed throughout July in readiness for hand-over 1st August.
