The units are located only 200 metres from the Calis beach, making this site very atttractive for the holiday market.  The site comprises a large communal pool and very well maintained gardens.

The friendly resort of Calis is set between Dalaman and Fethiye and is just a five minute walk; it is well known for its amazing sunsets and welcoming breeze in the summer months.  Along Calis Beach promenade you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and local shops.

The historic harbour town of Fethiye with its old bazaar , stunning marina, waterfront and host of charming restaurants and shops can easily be reached by bus or water taxi. Calis (in Turkish "Çaliþ" & pronounced "Chalish", is a quiet yet busy holiday resort, with a seemingly endless beach.  Bars and restaurants line the beach area, which is block paved along the seafront.

It also has the benefit of its own waterpark.  Parts of the beach are also popular with the local turtle population, who come in to lay their eggs in the sand at certain times of the year.

The market for the Calis resort is those seeking a beach location and a compact, easily accessible resort.  It is a good location for families and couples.  There is some nightlife but plentiful transport to nearby Fethiye town, which has a greater selection.
