This select five star resort, set amongst tropical vegetation, has been designed to allow guests to unwind in a tropical paradise just 0.1km from the beach. With just 28 lavish Spa Villas, the concept of this development is to offer an opportunity to discover true peace, tranquility and rejuvenation in the height of luxury.

Each villa includes a master bedroom, complete with wardrobes, two luxurious bathrooms and spacious living accommodation, kitchen and storage area. Additional sleeping accommodation is also available. The properties also offer a spacious verandah complete with a running seawater pool and jacuzzi.

The villa is offered complete with air conditioning and a unique elegant interior has been created to provide a sense of pure harmony, with well designed areas allowing for private spa treatments.

The main pool is located at the centre of the development surrounded by sun terraces, lush tropical gardens and reserved shadow Churuatas. There is a cafe restaurant and pool bar. Guests will be able to dine in the al la carte restaurant and pamper themselves with the extensive menu of spa treatments available.

These properties are sold freehold and offer a ten year rental scheme, the first two years being guaranteed at 8% net. The remainder of the rental term will be on a shared % basis with the hotel company. These units are offered fully furnished and the purchase price also includes the legal fees. Four weeks personal use is also available to owners.

The Island of Coche can be reached by ferry from Punta de Piedras (the main ferry terminal) or by boat charter from Isleta or El Yaque which is close to the airport. Access by ferry is the preferred route although there is an airstrip on the island for helicopters and private planes.

The scenery is fabulous with stunning white beaches and cliffs. Many exotic birds can be seen on El Coco Beach and along the cliffs. Coche Island is situated just 8 miles south of Margarita Island and together with the island of Cubagua make up the state of Nueva Esparta. Coche Island has a surface of 11km long and 6km wide.
