The 500 acre Marquis Estate will feature an 18 -hole, leading signature, championship golf course. Additionally, an exceptional 9 hole, par 3, golf course is planned with a loop of 4 or 5 holes being floodlit to allow evening play and practice. The use of electric buggies, putting water from natural springs to best use, and the cleaning of ‘grey’ water for use on the golf course and gardens will help reduce the carbon foot print of the resort.
