The first phase of Lazur development has all been sold but you have the opportunity to buy into this excellent, second line, development which was completed August 2004. The basic layout is C shaped with the central four story building facing the sea and flanked by four houses heading towards the sea on either side.
The Lazur development is located on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast and the development is a few hundred feet from the sea. The Diamante complex, by the same developers, has been built in front of Lazur, however as the site is built on a gentle slope, Diamante is below Lazur. Lazur forms part of the renowned Dinevi Resort and Complex.

St Vlas languishes within the bay of Nessebar and the views directly across from the resort are of the ancient town of Nessebar. Nessebar is a UNESCO, world heritage site. Although the ancient town is a bustling hive of activity in the summer, during the quieter winter months the town takes on a far more relaxed, authentic feel.
The Marina
The crowning achievement of the Dinevi resort is the construction of the new purpose built marina, which is the first of its kind on the whole of the Black Sea Coast. The marina will has a promenade, 304 berths and a selection of boutiques and restaurants.
A significant benefit of the marina is the prospective capital appreciation, as the finished marina will undoubtedly add value to properties in this, already one of the most exclusive areas on the whole of the Black Sea coast.
The beauty of St Vlas is that it can never become over developed as it rests between the majestic Stara Planina mountain range and the beautiful Black Sea coast. This also ensures that the area has its own distinct micro-climate which is milder than the rest of the coast.
