Kizibel Villas Comprises 15 individual villas, each with their own private swimming pool and gardens.

In Fethiye you can enjoy long, hot summers and short, warm, rainy winters. In fact, the temperature is around 86º - 105º F (30º - 40º C) during the summer months and usually above 50º (10º C) in the winter. So you can comfortably swim in the turquoise waters for nine months of the year.

The town itself has everything you need for a rich and varied holiday or living experience. It holds a wealth of historical and cultural sights and artifacts, the old bazaar with its narrow, shady streets and tiny squares, great shopping and dining out, and close by, the outstanding beaches offer every kind of water sport . The best paragliding in Turkey can be found at Oludeniz , and there are hidden coves and the pine-clad Taurus Mountains to explore at your leisure. Sailing is also enormously popular in Turkey, and Fethiye has everything you need to indulge your pastime. You can charter a gullet, with or without a crew, or hop on one of the many boat trips which depart from here. While you are on the ocean, look out for the catacombs set in the rocks above the town, which you can see as you sail from its harbour.

All in all, Fethiye offers you a wonderful combination of ancient and modern. No wonder it’s a place which is much favoured by those looking for a second home.

On the hillside of Mount Mendos, this pretty town sits on Turkey’s ‘Turquoise Coast’, so named because as the sun sets, its waters are the clearest turquoise shade you have ever seen. Fethiye has more riches in store for you. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, which prevails along this coastline, you can be leisurely sipping your Turkish tea or Turkish coffee in the town and glance up and see white snow and mist on the mountains in the distance

Uzumlu is a picturesque village some 15 minutes drive from Calis Beach or Fethiye situated in a spectacular valley surrounded by pine clad hills and mountains.

Uzumlu in Turkish means grape and the village is the centre of wine growing in the region. As its name implies you will see vineyards all around the village along with olive groves and tobacco. You will also see ‘Dastar’ cloth as well as cotton and silk fabrics woven on looms in many of the villagers’ houses, being made to scarves, shawls and table decorations. Uzumlu is well placed for many of the attractions of the area including Cadianda, Saklikent Gorge, Tlos, Xanthos and Patara with its famous beach.

Uzumlu is a typical Turkish Village and there are village shops, several restaurants and a wine bar (Syrap House), on the main street. There is also a chemist, doctor and a clinic, two petrol stations and a town hall. There is also an excellent market held in the square every Friday and regular transport via bus or Dolmus (Mini bus) to Fethiye and beyond.
