Construction Progresses at JQ Hotel Birmingham

Principal International are pleased to advise that construction of the JQ Hotel in Birmingham continues to progress well.

The site, located in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, has now been cleared and all of the demolition works have been completed.

Site reduction work has taken place, ready for piling works to commence and hoarding permits have been granted for work to progress.

The initial inspection has been carried out by the local authority to comply with building regulations. Compliance with planning conditions is being submitted by the architect, with all conditions scheduled to be complied with over the coming weeks.
