Investors can choose from a number of locations including developments on St Vincent, Barbados, St Lucia and Dominican Republic, providing a range of time scales from July 2010 to 2013 and price points to suit any budget
All the investments boast a 10% Rental Guarantee, with you the investor being able to opt for a two, five or ten year term. Upon the expiration of the initial Rental Guarantee period, the investor enjoys a 50/50 split of the nightly room income with the hotel management.
Up to 70% LTV finance is available and units can be reserved from as little as £1,000.
Cash neutral deposit schemes are available, on the locations noted above.
Principal International are also able to offer to their clients a time limited offer in Grenada managed by a premier hotel company, with a 15 % deposit required at exchange but 30 % cash back at completion repaying your initial cash investment. Mortgages are also available subject at 70% LTV subject to status.
