Property investment specialists say that Cyprus is set to be one of the top performers if you’re looking to invest in property overseas.

Forecasters expect at least a 12.5% growth in property prices next year due to the stability of the country since joining the Euro and an increase in its political stability.

There continues to be a high demand for property in Cyprus and capital growth is showing a healthy 20% return.

The ever improving relationship with its Turkish neighbour may see the opening of port and airport to sea and air traffic from Cyprus and this has eased the way to political balance.
