Barbados draws the keen investor

Barbados continues to draw the keen overseas investor due to its ever growing property market. There is still huge opportunity to invest especially the costal properties which are showing the biggest returns due to increasing reduction in availability. This reduction will help to increase the rental yields and grow profits even higher. The European investor is still at the forefront of the buying market with the strong Euro and Pound fuelling the enthusiasm. There are no signs of this trend slowing down and as the demand for quality space increases so will capital investment..
