The development is situated just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Sunny Beach, 15 minutes drive from Bourgas Airport, 8 minutes drive from the Unesco World Heritage site of Nessebar and 6 minutes drive from brand the new Aqua-Park (scheduled to be Bulgaria’s largest).

Payment terms as follows:

• Euro 2000 reservation fee
• 30% within 3 weeks of the reservation
• 30% within 15 calendar days of notification for the commencement of the foundation works
• 30% within 15 calendar days of notification for the commencement of the roofing works
• 10% within 30 days from the completion date
