Principal International have announced that they have just signed an agreement to become one of the few exclusive Polaris World agents selling luxury apartments and villas in the Murcia region of Spain. This news is excellent timing just as the spanish property market looks set to give investors plenty of opportunities to buy at fantastic prices and contradict the much publicised over pricing in many parts of the country . Despite the recent downturn in major property company share prices, Principal International say that the housing market in Spain is still anticipated to be showing a healthy 7% growth rate and the market in general is levelling out, making buying in Spain a good steady long term investment. The Polaris World developments located in Murcia otherwise known as the “warm coast” and which is renowned for its all year round warm temperatures of 21 degrees and low rainfall, boasts a shoreline of over 250km. Reservoirs, rivers and two natural parks make the Murcia Region a clean and highly appealing area for tourism. Apartments and luxury villas are enclosed within self contained gated communites set amongst luxury signature golf courses. With the number of Britons expected to own a second property abroad as a source of income set to double by 2010, now is definately the time to buy in Spain. Simon Ryeland, Director of Prinicpal International says “we are very excited about this opportunity to sell these unique properties. There are a considerable number of properties available for sale to suit every need, and with Spain still remaining as one of the most popular destinations for Britons travelling abroad, the rental opportunities are abundant.” Further information can be found here : |
